Vicente Casanova & Associates has been appointed bankruptcy administrator in numerous bankruptcy proceedings in companies in the real estate, textile and industrial sectors, among others, with a volume of assets ranging from one hundred thousand euros to one hundred million euros.
We study “tailor-made” solutions for overcoming the crisis and rapid decision-making, using extrajudicial or judicial procedures (such as pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy). We take care of executing restructuring plans and advising on the sale of assets, production lines or production units.
